SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME
I completed my school induction programme at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Kamukincode from 5th August 2024 to 9th August 2024 as part of my B.Ed. training. The programme helped me understand the vision, mission, and overall functioning of the school. During the induction, I became familiar with school rules, code of conduct, timetable, examination system, and co-curricular activities. I observed classroom teaching, interacted with teachers, and learned about academic and administrative records. The programme provided valuable insights into student behavior, classroom management, and inclusive practices, laying a strong foundation for my future teaching practice.
